I ll discuss this more thoroughly , later.
for now I ll just tell about a brief conversation holly and I had two days ago after scarborough said that trump s win was all about economic disenfranchisement, or however he put it.
I told holly that I fully expected to be worse off financially, personally, if trump won....
she replied that she fully expected to lose her health care......
it is more than money. it is the 1st, the 2nd, the 10th amendment, it is the commerce clause and its all encompassing interpretation. it is big brther, it is common core....
...it is liberty itself. it is America, and it is about of govt of, by and for the people not perishing from this earth.
sacrifices must be made. it isn t all about us..... it is about something more important than my personal problems.
....and the dems just put Pelosi back in charge....
heil mammon!!!!!!

And that's where you're wrong. People may cast votes at the ballot box, but they also cast votes with their pocketbooks. That's why things that used to be made in this country are now coming in huge shipping containers from China or elsewhere in the far east. That's why the average person will go to Wal*Mart or some other big-box retailer for their clothes, toys, games, and what-have-you, and why others will shop on-line where they don't have to help pay the overhead for a physical building and a group of people to stock the shelves and ring up the purchases. That's why Trump's own clothing line was made overseas.
Do me a favor, OK? Right now, take off every article of clothing you are currently wearing that does *NOT* have a "Made in the USA" tag on it ... shoes and socks too. Note that I'm not saying "Made by an American company", but actually made right here someplace in the lower 48. The odds are good that you'll find yourself standing there as bare as the day you were born. Now get rid of all the consumer goods — computers, cellphones, telephones, bicycles, radios, microwave ovens, and that big-screen TV you just bought on Black Friday — that also were not "made in the USA". Kinda weird, standing there nekkid in a half-empty house, isn't it?
So it is all about the economy, and don't you ever forget it.

damn it , bill....., I m cold....
the only thing I have on is my cap.
Norfolk southern hat....., my friend the engineer gave it to me years ago... I can walk the tracks unmolested wearing that hat..., well unmolested by the authorities anyway...., of course the 12 ga helps with the rest...
nothing from china tho....
mexico, Vietnam and Bangladesh...
hopefully I ll have more US choices soon.
you can t hardly find anything that is made here if you want it.
so, while funny, you re still wrong-headed.

WESW, you left out the right to a speedy trial by a jury of your peers. That one has been ash canned by the resistance to paying taxes that would support a working trial system. I think it was the Donald who wants to chew up the First by changing the definition and defenses for slander/defamation and cut off the protections of a free press.

TRUMP TO STEP AWAY FROM MAKING HIS BUSINESSES BANKRUPT TO FOCUS ON BANKRUPTING COUNTRY
By Andy Borowitz , NOVEMBER 30, 2016
WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—President-elect Donald J. Trump will no longer have day-to-day responsibility for driving his businesses into bankruptcy and will instead focus on bankrupting the country, one of his leading surrogates said on Wednesday.
Appearing on Fox News, Kellyanne Conway said that while Trump no doubt could “plunge both his businesses and the country into bankruptcy at the same time,” he feels that he “owes it to the American people to put them first.”
Acknowledging that Trump has no government experience, Conway said that his years of bankrupting a variety of companies would prove “invaluable” as he does the same to the United States.
“It’s going to surprise a lot of people when they see how great he is at this,” she said.
On a related matter, Conway said that Trump would allow professional managers to oversee his fraudulent enterprises, like the now defunct Trump University, so that he can concentrate on defrauding the entire country.
