I don't know how it's done, but I do know that it's possible to have a 'filter' in the board software that will recognize a certain word or combination of letters and automatically replace it with something else.  I post on one such site where the owner has done just that; he was fed up with people overusing the word 'bitch' in referring to women that he set it so that every time the word 'bitch' appeared the software would replace it with 'bongo'.  Given his penchant for posting obscure videos and random music clips, I suggest the same be done and every time 'wesw' appears on this board the software converts it to 'Dr. Demento'.

Although I must admit, I do actually recall having heard that last song sometime back in the sixties.

What... are you that unfamiliar with Dave Van Ronk? He was probably the biggest talent during the early Greenwich Village folk scene and an early influence on Bob Dylan and other acoustic folkies.

IMHO... Van Ronk was one of the best of his genre. RIP

Click on wes's name, and you get a menu.

Click "add foe" and it hides all his posts from you.
