To give you an idea of how the concept of shared reality has completely broken down in this country, the person who uploaded that clip titled it, "Sally Yates Owns And Humiliates Ted Cruz During Russia Hearing"
(I think that's pretty clear; she was totally prepared for him and with her last response she did some thing very difficult to do...She shut Ted Cruz up...)
But if you go to YouTube and search for "Ted Cruz Sally Yates", you can find the exact same clip of video with the title, "Ted Cruz Brilliantly Exposes Anti-Trump AG Sally Yates on Travel Ban"

And so elegantly spoken, too. Language done right.
Lord Dampnut's veiled Tweeter threat:
Donald J. Trump‏Verified account @realDonaldTrump
Ask Sally Yates, under oath, if she knows how classified information got into the newspapers soon after she explained it to W.H. Counsel.
What a putz.
BTW -- she answered "no" to the question.

And less than a half hour ago, the White House announced that, on the recommendations of the Attny Genl and Asst Attny Genl, FBI Director Comey is fired.
Basically for obfuscating about the emails on Anthony Weiner's computer and phone, when he, Comey, was testifying last week.

Well, Sally's done that, so how about we have Don McGahn come to Congress and do the same...
And while we're at it, let's have every other senior White House official who would have had access to this information, (starting with Steve Bannon) also come to The Hill and raise their right hand...
One thing I don't understand...
Have never understood...
Is why Trump doesn't seem to grasp the fact, that his obsession over trying to make the whole focus of this investigation "Who leaked the information about Flynn lying to the public and the Vice President " continuously reinforces the argument that Trump didn't care a bit about anything Flynn had done, didn't care a bit about him lying about what he had done, and didn't care a bit about whether or not the National Security Advisor could be blackmailed by an enemy power...
And only cares about all of that being made public, (since he didn't fire Flynn for 18 days after being told about it, and only did so when it became public)
Trump clearly deeply resents having been forced to fire Flynn, and he's perfectly happy to let everyone know that (rather than anything Flynn did) is the only thing he considers important in this...
See also the current New Yorker magazine, referenced here in another thread, that explains the hows and whys of firing the president without impeaching him. It requires the existing president's cabinet go along with firing him. In actuality, this would include lots of wheeling and dealing by the Vice President among the executive department appointees and staffers. And do it in opposition to the counter-efforts of the extended Trump family.
That successful ouster under the 25th amendment would REALLY demonstrate the art of the deal.

As much as I'd like to see him out, I'd rather a full blown impeachment than a palace coup (Constitutional or not).
