How do you fairly describe the Trump administration?

Post by Crackpot »

Just about any description falls short. I don't think we have ever had such an intersection of incompetence, unawareness, and ego. Every description fails and every attempt to describe it does a disservice to the descriptor.

Anyone want to challenge the hypothesis?
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

I agree. Even a word such as incompetence implies, at least to me, some level of understanding and effort but which is inadequate to meet the scale of the problem. In other words a failure to meet some required high standard. In Trump's case it is not a failure to clear a high bar but a failure to even see that the bar is there, much less make some sort of effort to get over it.

Of course, that description is kind of unfair to clusterfucks...

Cut and paste the following into your favorite search engine: "major confusion disarray"

I think this fairly describes Lord Dampnut's reign at the moment with, I'm sure, more to come -- and sooner, not later.

I'm almost feeling something like sympathy for Trump lately, he's such a train wreck.

Then I remind myself about his sexual predation, racist and fraudulent policies at his businesses, and the disgusting campaign courting the deplorable vote. And I snicker at his inevitable demise.

Trump is Inspector Clouseau on steroids.

As he would likely say, "Chief Inspector!"

Not sure I want to describe it fairly. But it occurred to me this morning that this train wreck (?) disaster (?) clusterfuck (?) omnishambles (?) of an administration has made me forget that, for example, the Republicans gave us a pederast House Speaker who sought impeachment of Bill Clinton for a relatively innocuous consensual blowjob. And that is not defending Clinton's actions which were at best gross and at worst bordering on sexual harassment. Dennis Hastert should get out of jail in a couple of months.

Ok this is really odd. I've been watching "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" and it seems to suit the Trump administration perfectly. (Except of course the show is played for laughs which The Tump administration would be if it wasn't real)

I'm thinking something more along the lines of this ....

since what Trump is doing to the country and the 9/11 attacks are/were both intentional acts.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Well, the most fit president, with so much energy, had to ride a golf cart around at the G7 meeting while everyone else walked.
