Apparently Interior Secretary Zinke flies his personal flag when he is in the office. (Well of course it's not him who puts it up but a flag flunky.)

We Brits are familiar with Brenda's habit of flying the Royal Standard over whatever building she happens to be in at the time. I have never been a royalist but I had to admit that she has grown on me since about January 21st this year.

So Zinke has a freaky flag flier who formally affixes his gonfalon? Does he have a uniform with big brass buttons, braid and epaulets too?

Oh yes. He has that as a reserve Navy Commander complete with a chest full of salad and the budweiser at the top.
