What's the scope?
Well, if that press release is a guide, then the answer to that question would be "pretty broad"...
I certainly wouldn't expect the results of an investigation with that broad a mandate (that was only announced a little over 2 months ago) to be completed or released any time soon...

Imagine a world in which government worked for the people instead of bogging down in petty politics and endless politically-motivated investigations . . .
(I don't count the Russia election investigation headed by Mueller as politically motivated, as we SHOULD be finding out whether ANY Americans, D or R, assisted or facilitated Russia's interference in our electoral process - including Trump or Joe Shmoe.)

I don't consider illegal actions on the part of the DOJ or FBI petty. McCabe may be up for three hots and a cot along with others.

I'll see your "faux" and raise you a "real" labeled "abuse of power".
The appointment of an investigator outside Washington D.C. was confirmed.
"Attorney General Jeff Sessions designated U.S. attorney John Huber as the prosecutor tasked with looking into allegations of abuse of power at the FBI."
