But then I saw who created it.

Wes, you do realize that Erdogan is just about the only friend Trump has at this meeting, right?

I'm surprised he hasn't suggested letting Russia into NATO...

his whole security team should have been taken out when they attacked peaceful protesters in DC.
Of course your hero had not one word of criticism for that...

I'm sure he was envious...

Of course wesw realizes that Turkish impunity came courtesy of former Trump national security advisor and paid Turkish agent Michael Flynn, right? Right? He must know this? And that Trump is a yooge fan of Erdogan? Making America Great Again!

That picture begs for a caption:

All: Who farted?

Trump: Not me. Mine don't smell.

May: I'm saying nothing. But it was from the right of me.

Nicely timed in an effort to create fake "distance" from his boss, Putin who, perhaps at this very moment, is meeting with Erdogan at the BRICS conference in South Africa.

What a pathetic little grand-stander Dump is; he must have noticed earlier efforts and decided to tag along.
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senators Bob Corker (R-Tenn.) and Bob Menendez (D-N.J.), chairman and ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, today introduced bipartisan legislation with Senators Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.), James Lankford (R-Okla.), and Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) to restrict loans from international financial institutions to Turkey until the Turkish government ends the unjust detention of U.S. citizens. In 2016, Turkey imprisoned American Pastor Andrew Brunson and indicted him on unsubstantiated charges earlier this year. A Turkish court ruled yesterday that Brunson will remain in custody until the next hearing on his case in October. In April, the senators led a bipartisan group of 66 senators in a letter to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan demanding Brunson’s release. Other U.S. citizens, locally employed staff of the U.S. embassy, and tens of thousands of Turkish citizens still face unacceptable harassment and human rights violations by the Government of Turkey.

Or, (which seems even more likely to me) he's making these noises now in order to forestall Congressional action (which would likely be passed by veto-proof majorities in both houses) and actually delay any potential sanctions...

Sure, if by "working quite nicely" you mean "caused Turkey to tell you to go fuck yourselves and probably dash any hope of freeing Brunson, then yeah, all is working as planned

Sure, what does the rule of law matter, let's shut down media that publish negative facts about the KKK's messiah, let's punish any nation that won't buckle under to his threats, let's give legal cover to businesses who won't hire those filthy fags, dykes and trannies.

The concentration camps are coming, today it's brown immigrant kids, tomorrow will be those filthy fags and dtkes, and wes will be grateful for the pay check he earns dropping the cyanide pellets into the showers and firing up the ovens, until it's his turn to be tattoed and take his place in line in the extermination factories.
