Even in the 24th century a cloaked ship has to uncloak to fire its weapons; Trump thinks the F-35 can stay invisible even when it's in a fire fight...

This just proves that Trump's supporters have mental abilities that are about on par with what God gave to the paramecium.  Some day in the (hopefully not too distant) future we'll be able to look back on the Trump saga — his rise, his campaign, his tenure as POTUS, and his lies/failings/blunders/shortcomings in all of these — and laugh (although it will probably be an embarrassed titter), but all we can do at this time is shake our heads in disbelief.

And do our damnedest to make sure that his is a one-term (or less!) presidency.  After all, MAGA may have originally meant "Make America Great Again", but after certain events this week it might also stand for "Mueller Ain't Going Away"....

My wife (whom I adore) was invited to model, with some others, a local store's fall collection. It promised to be a bit of a giggle. Except that one of the women mentioned to her that Michelle Obama was a transsexual and had spent the last eight years going through operations which is why we hadn't seen very much of her. Several things here. One: if it were true, who gives a fuck? Secondly: I think we saw quite a lot of Michelle Obama during 2009 through 2017. Thirdly: there is zero evidence for this which of course doesn't make it untrue - if she in fact did undergo a sex change (reassignment as we now call it) I doubt that they would splash it all over the newspapers. This is where Occam's Razor slices and dices. But finally why on earth would she assume that my wife (white, sixty-something but looks much less) would accept such an outlandish premise? I think that some of these Trumpists live in a bubble, but we have to allow that it's a big bubble.

Trumpanzees are largely twisted, hate-filled people. It is impossible to STILL support Trump at this point without harboring some serious ugliness in the soul.

Day late and $728 billion short:

For the record, the F-35 is stealth. It is, by all accounts, invisible on most enemy radar. But I can assure you that the enemy can definitely see the plane if it’s right next to it, contrary to Trump’s Nov. 2017 statement.

So does he think the F-35 is invisible to the naked eye? Probably not. He generally means that it cannot be seen on radar, which is largely accurate. That view is where I come down on this issue, at least. But the president should probably make that clearer so he doesn’t end up sounding like an idiot.

And here I was thinking they worked with Wonder Woman to develop an invisible plane. Maybe they did and she didn't give the final secrets when she found out where he stood on abortion, or immigration (we have no treaty with the amazons), or healthcare, or ...

Or maybe they took Trump to an empty runway and the designers explained hat the plane is visible only to people who are competent in their positions. He's still sitting on the runway waiting for it take off.
