Alberta is basically Mississippi with a lot of dirty oil.
And we'll throw in Saskatchewan as a bonus.
We'll also see how long Jason Kenney can remain in office once the RCMP complete their investigation into his involvement in fraudulent ballots and violations of election finance laws during the UCP leadership race.

Careful what you're giving away--Puerto Rico has a few US military installations and one of the largest radio telescopes in the world. Also, the only Caribbean beaches in the US and an a few good rum distilleries (including one which keeps the Cuban Bacardi name, making it harder for that Cuban rum to come here (something I think Trump would like). And they have a lot of rolls of paper towels distributed by the president himself. You really want to give that up?

The Christian Talibangelist Party apparently did not give a flying fuck about the irony of playing We Are the Champions at their victory party, after their leader had been recorded bragging about how he had helped to prevent the partners of people dying of AIDS from being at their bedside in hospital.

But what is the military value of those bases? Do they have a value or is their only purpose to support the economy of Puerto Rico. They are a waste of money and should all be closed down.

Well google them and see if you are impressed I wasn’t. If you are impressed you are easy to impress. There was only one base that had a real military mission; it supported a bombing range that has been shut down. It has been a while since I checked, but when I did that base was still in operation.
