There's Always a Tweet
Re: There's Always a Tweet
Extra irony points for the McCain praise in this one!

BTW, there were an estimated 12,469 H1N1 deaths in the US in 12 months (April '09-April '10); in less than 5 months (as of last week) there have been more than 10 TIMES that number of COVID-19 deaths.
People who are wrong are just as sure they're right as people who are right. The only difference is, they're wrong.

Actually, on that last one, Trump is doing just what he said he would do (and Jesus Christ on a pony, how it tears me in half to have to write that!). In an attempt to NOT appear weak, he goes from one extreme to the other and signs off on sending in the stormtroopers and the National Guard.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

The scariest thing about all of Trump's documented statements and lies is that in spite of that, people are worried that a majority of our voting population will elect him.

I used to think that Twitter was a waste of electrons. But I'm glad it's there.

Re: There's Always a Tweet
Where are you hosting your images? They are disappearing from threads. Many of Scooter’s have as well - I noticed this while doing an archive search for something the other day - lots and lots of images have disappeared from various threads from about a year or so ago. I thought it might have had something to do with the forum upgrade we endured recently, but now I’m convinced it’s a 3rd party hosting issue.
Perhaps this is of no concern to anyone - but for anyone who might visit these pages and visit older threads, a lot of great wit will be missed because of this issue. Especially from both of you because you post images so often.
I recommend saving images to your drive (phone, laptop, desktop) then using the attachment/add files/place inline functions here (at the bottom of the page) to post the images. Then they become a permanent part of the forum rather than dependent on a link that may go missing. You can then delete the image from your drive. If you have a virus protection software in place this process shouldn’t cause any problems for you.
Or maybe you don’t care and I should just fuck off. That’s okay too.
