Remember all the hoopla, the ballyhoo, and the fol-de-rol that surrounded the 200th anniversary (the Bicentennial) of the Founding of America back in 1976?
Well, we're almost up to 2020, and from there it's a short six years to the 250th anniversary (the Sestercentennial). I just hope the nation survives Trump and the next election cycle, and we're still around to observe it in 2026. -"BB"-
