Election Day In North Carolina...

Trump held a rally there yesterday; it's considered too close to call:
Republican State Sen. Dan Bishop and Marine veteran Dan McCready are vying Tuesday to represent North Carolina’s 9th District in Congress.
The special election is being held after results from last November were thrown on suspicions of ballot fraud.
McCready received 905 fewer votes than the Republican candidate at the time, Mark Harris, but the results were never certified. After reports that a Harris operative illegally tampered with absentee ballots, Harris announced he would not run in the redo election.

ETA:
(You'll see at that link that a special election is also being held today for North Carolina's 3rd District, (The incumbent passed away after being re-elected) but that is a GOP+ 24% in registration district, and is not expected to be at all competitive. A recent poll had the GOP candidate winning by 40 points...)

That IS a special election! Do we have to wait three days for the result or do you mean until April 12, 2020?

Perhaps not that long then. CNN, she say:
NC-09: Republican Dan Bishop was projected to win the special election in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District, beating Democrat Dan McCready. The State Board of Elections ordered up a new election after credible allegations of ballot fraud emerged during the 2018 midterm contest.
NC-03: Republican Greg Murphy won the special election to replace Walter Jones as the congressman from North Carolina's 3rd District. Jones, who had represented the district since 1995, died in February.

Turnout was little more than half of that in 2018; this seat is still ripe for a flip next year when it should not have been in play after being held by Republicans since 1963.

And Trump, of course, is taking full credit for at least one of the Republican wins.
In a first test of the political terrain ahead of an uncertain 2020 race, Republican Dan Bishop edged out Democrat Dan McCready in the closely watched, do-over special election in North Carolina's 9th Congressional District, according to an Associated Press projection. The decision brought to a close the final undecided contest of the 2018 midterm elections.
The toss-up race, in a Republican stronghold that voted for President Donald Trump by 12 points in 2016, was the result of election fraud by a Republican operative hired by 2018 GOP candidate Mark Harris. Despite Harris narrowly defeating McCready, the North Carolina State Board of Elections threw out the results and ordered a new contest after a months-long investigation. With Harris bowing out, Bishop took up the mantle for Republicans.
Bishop led McCready, 51% to 49%, with 96% of precincts reporting -- a margin of about 4,000 votes.
Trump was quick to tout the victory — and claim credit — just minutes after the projected victory for Bishop. Trump said, "Dan Bishop was down 17 points 3 weeks ago. He then asked me for help, we changed his strategy together, and he ran a great race."
