We'll start with the military specifically the Navy. Turns out some other folks have been thinking the same as me. We'll tour the fedacracy for incompetence.

The game was, you point out examples of incompetence and show how cutting staff would result in doing a better job.

Just to refresh your memory so we could avoid several rounds of goalpost moving in trying to get there.
