Rudy killed a lot brain cells over in Ukraine while he was drinking with the Ukrainians when they were fabricating the evidence against Hunter Biden.

Word on the street is that a cop in Pittsburgh almost arrested him for being drunk in public as he staggered into the federal building to canoddle with the US attorney.
