Err North Carolina is still too close to call and there have been no updates (at least that I've seen) since election night. (well Wed morning)

I didn't even vote for the unopposed Republican in my State legislative district, and the one that was opposed was opposed by someone claiming to be a member of the "Liberal Party". That one did give me pause as I had to at least make sure she wasn't a complete nutjob, but she appeared competent. She somehow beat out the registered Democrat in that race (due to my State's Top 2 primary, it's the top 2 vote getters each race, regardless of party, that proceed to the general election in State offices. Which is why we have 2 Democrats running for Lt Governor)
As a rule I don't vote unopposed races. if someone can't be bothered to vote for themselves they don't deserve the office.

I did vote for one Republican: Candice Miller. She gave up a safe US congress district in 2018 to run for Macomb County public works commissioner even though she never publicly denounced Trump that move says a lot. Not to mention in all of her prior offices she was dedicated to running the offices well and in not in a partisan fashion.
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

And here's a map of where a private citizen can legally own a kangaroo.
(red = no; green = yes; orange = yes, but requires a permit)
I would assume that zoos and circuses get a pass for educational purposes.

Incidentally, in its native country, the state of Victoria is the only place where you can own a kangaroo —
and even then it cannot be a wild kangaroo, and you must be licensed to do so.

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

What? Tennessee and Illinois and Ohio allow me to own an otter but Kentucky does not? I wrote to my Senator for an explanation.

Said Mitch: "Yes it's true; but let's not forget that you have a legally owned turtle."

Can't argue with that.

For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts
