Let's take a hard look at prosecutors with political aspirations who pursue cases without merit simply for the publicity.
Now that the Brady material from the Flynn prosecution is out there along with the recent disclosures of other material that was hidden, we should be looking at disciplining prosecutors and maybe even judges.
Judge Sullivan with his request for an enbanc hearing comes to mind as an example.
