Jim Jordan (R-OH) doesn't let us down

You will recall the upright and staunch figure of Rep Jordan from the impeachment hearings. He was the ex-wrestling coach from OSU who was the victim of (unsubstantiated and scurrilous and probably libelous and certainly not to be entertained by anyone of integrity and discernment) allegations that he knew more than he was letting on about the sex abuse scandals there in the 1980s and 1990s.
Well, he's been twattering.
Rep Jordan, in addition to his wrestling chops, has a bachelor's in economics, a master's in education and a JD. I'm impressed. (Of course he's not a real live professor so I'm not that impressed.) You would think that he would know about quarantine laws and such and how, for example, George Washington (1776 - remember him, Jim?) isolated people with smallpox and prevented them from coming into contact with his army. One of his politer reTwatters told him:
