I heard a discussion on NPR yesterday (as I waited in my car 5.5 hours for the covid19 Pfizer vaccine) about current difficulties in cook books describing a cake as "moist" or a properly cooked chicken breast should be 'moist'. Seems there is no good synonym in that context. Some lexicographer judged "moist' as the least liked word in the English language today. All because the word currently has too strong a connection in ordinary conversation with WAP.
