I didn't know there was a collective word for penises
I didn't know either.
But I do know there's a collective word for 'pricks' ... and that would be 'Republicans'.

I enjoy that meme for the crack on misogyny, but of course, the concept of alpha males and females in wolf packs has long since been abandoned by zoologists.

You know that, and I know that, and most people who know anything much about wolves know that...but it's still funny, mostly because the 2-legged critters among us who call themselves "alpha males" pointedly *DON'T* know that.

My bucket list includes a visit to the Isle Royale national park, where alot of the best science on wolves has been done. Also just because it is the least visited National Park in the contiguous 48 states, easier to get to from Canada than the USofA.

As the resident dude from Wisconsin on this board, it's worth the trip. Couple of other good things to see on Lake Superior – both in Canada as well as northern Wisconsin as well.
I'd recommend coming in the summer. Just don't forget your mosquito repellant..

I've been to the UP of Michigan in summertime too - I'd recommend bringing a harness, reins and saddle and you can save yourself the price of a rental car by getting around by mosquito.

There's a standard Wisconsin/Minnesota joke about mosquitoes...
Two mosquitoes were talking between themselves. It seems that they had caught a cow one night and were wondering what to do with it. The first one said, "Hey — let's go down by the lake, and we can sit on the beach and look at the stars and the moonlight on the water while we eat it."
The second said, "Nah, you don't want to do that. The big kids would just take it away from us."

As a life long Michigander mosquitos don’t really bother me. Black flies can fuck right off tho.

If you’re into diving you can Fine the wreck of the SS Kamloops off the coast and get followed around the engine room by a corpse.

I checked and saw the wreck was at 200+ feet; given the depth and the cold, you'll need some special training BP, but you could start preparing now. I'm Advanced Open Water (NAUI) certified and am not supposed to go below 100 feet; at that depth you'll need a dry suit and helium oxygen mixed gas, but seeding stuff that well preserved could be fun (cold fresh water tends to preserve organic matter)--i've read accounts of being able to read books and charts after years.

Reminds me of the time Kim Jong Il (K J Un's daddy) went golfing for the first time and got (someone will correct me if I am wrong) something like eleven holes-in-one - which we have to concede is pretty good for a beginner.
