The gated, exclusive island features some Florida’s most exclusive properties for the wealthy, with about 30 mansions on the beaches.
I'm all for their being in a gated community. With Dad in the next
cell apartment.

The interior design of that house is seriously lacking - so much boring white.
The house itself is externally very attractive, as is the landscape architecture of the grounds. Expensive to maintain but it will be a while before the Kushners run short of money.
What a world.

I also know she still uses Trump, but I predict that will not be a badge of honor very soon and she will be happy to be a Kushner

Climate change will make it impossible to maintain; Miami-Dade (including Miami Beach and the Biscayne Bay islands) have already been experiencing greater and more regular flooding, not to mention the whole intensified-hurricane thing. They will literally be under water in the not-too-distant future. South Florida in general is a poor prospect for any long-term real estate investment. I doubt they will there very long.

True enough.
But if you read today’s headlines about the shock in the ranks of climate scientists over the flooding in Germany et al. this week, and the drought in the North American West and the mass casualty event heatwave of a couple of weeks ago, etc.
I’d say Earth in general is quickly becoming a poor prospect for any long-term real estate development.
