I can't even begin to freak out because there is so much to freak out about. I guess that's the point, to dump so much on us that we just crawl into our shells and give up.

First thing this morning I called and emailed my Representative and Senators (all Ds) and told them GET MUSK OUT OF GOVT OFFICES and that at an absolute minimum they should block every Trump nomination, thwart every initiative and bring all non-essential Congressional business to a halt until Musk is removed and investigations are launched into who got access to what government databases and how much was compromised.

Thanks for that link to Greg Palast's story on voter suppression in 2024. I don't always believe everything Palast writers but he's pretty good; and on first reading his allegations at that link, they make sense.

Isn't Musk one of those unelected bureaucrats we were taught to fear?

I hope every person who works at USAID sues the fucker for libel. He accuses them, without evidence, of working for a criminal organization. USAID has 10,000 employees. He could give them $1,000,000 each and he would be down to his last $390 billion.

AND in the past sixteen days since taking office, he's spent four of those days playing golf at a Trump golf property.   The shithead is picking right up where he left off.
