In a ruling that should go down in infamy, the majority today ruled that Trump's deportees can only dispute their deportation in the judicial district in which they are held. So, while paying lip service to the requirement that deportees must be given notice that they have been designated as such and have the right to argue otherwise, the majority has given licence to the government to spirit away innocent people in the dead of night to death camps in El Salvador without any recourse, because of course they are then no longer in a judicial district from which they can make a habeas petition.

It is a despicable catch-22.

Spot on, Scooter. So if they want to spirit you away from your friends and support system in State A all they have to do is get you to State B.
