This version is a fan edit so should be viewable. In this version the explosion scene starts at about 48:00.


It was a mid-70s sci-fi show from the UK, but starring Americans Martin Landau and Barbara Bain. It's about what happens to the inhabitants of a lunar research station when nuclear waste that has been stored on the Moon explodes with a force that propels the Moon across the universe, bringing them into contact with various alien species. It ran for two 24-episode seasons.
