That's one of the first correct statements I think he has ever made. No, not the one about how 'They owe him', but the following line about how 'They owe US'.
But instead of extorting a payout, I personally would settle for a Congress and a government that starts doing what they were founded or elected to do ... represent the American people and pass laws and create policy that is in the best interests of the American people, not some cattle ranchers in Argentina, a sovereign nation in the Middle East, or one side of a civil war going on between elements of the former Soviet Union.
