At least everyone will be smiling a lot more:
City officials in Washington, DC, expect access to medical marijuana will be implemented by May 2012, The Washington Post reports. The city passed a law in July 2010 to legalize growing and selling prescription marijuana through dispensaries and cultivation centers, but bureaucratic hesitance has caused delays.

Gridlock describes an incompetent government and predicts social collapse. It is like the bridge of a ship where no one will change course or speed. A catastrophe is inevitable. (just like the Republican economic catastrophe we are suffering today)

In a democracy, it is because the voters overall are incompetent.

I supplied pot to my mother when she was going through chemo way back in the late 1990's.I would have gladly gone to jail had I been caught, in order to provide the relief it gave her.
