We live in The Outer Sunset, (it's more suburban; not quite as scrunched together 8-))....

But the housing prices here have shot through the roof (so to speak) yet again, after being somewhat depressed for several years...

A house down the block, (not as large as ours, and we're on a corner lot) sold recently for over 900 grand... :o

I guess that means we're millionaires...

Bought my house for $80,000 in '85. Last time I looked at prices in my area it's worth about $350k now. I could get more as I own the lot next door also and it's a buildable lot.
Just paid the mortgage off this past summer. :ok
