For starters: end police unions and require that ALL officers wear body cameras. They should be running every second of every minute of every shift, and deactivating them in any way should be a felony bringing mandatory prison time.

I agree, especially after my own experiences with small town LEOs.
Make it a very large division, DOJ.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.
