Landlord caught having sex in tenants bed

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - A Colorado Springs landlord is facing felony trespassing charges after being caught on camera having sex in a pair of tenants' bed.

Logan Pierce received an alert on his phone during his lunch hour that a camera in his house detected noise and motion.

Pierce and his wife both work during the day, which led Pierce to check the video camera recordings.

"I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and, like, restart it again because I didn't really believe what I saw," Pierce told 11 News.

The graphic video shows a clear image of the landlord, Carlos Quijada, engaging in sexual relations on Pierce's and his wife’s bed.

"It was like a total violation of privacy. Just to have somebody to come in unannounced is enough, but ... then go forth with sleeping with somebody on your bed while you're not there. It was scary,” Pierce explained to 11 News.

Topping off the horrible experience, Pierce said the landlord used his wife’s wedding dress to clean up. (obviously related to wes)

"To see how upset she immediately got because she was the one that realized that's what that was, and they just threw it back, and now that's gone because the authorities took it for DNA evidence," said Pierce.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Quijada on suspicion of criminal trespassing and misdemeanor obscenity, according to 11 News.
