The Turkey of My Discontent
Re: The Turkey of My Discontent
Yet another nice day. Perhaps a harbinger for the new year, or a cruel introduction to January as usual.
Yet I have stopped complaining. I even enjoyed lunch in the solarium.
On the news we heard about the situation in Queensland. Here we are, half way around the world and their weather is in our news. Serious flooding affecting most everyone. In addition, there is a lack of food and other necessities as well as a lack of ways to distribute them.
So I defer my complaints to Aardy and his neighbours.

A sufficiently copious dose of bombast drenched in verbose writing is lethal to the truth.
