... If I survive her I get to live in the trailer until I die and then her kids get it. This has been one of the better trailer parks I've lived in. I may splurge and add skirting. That might help with the gas bill in the winter.

It's a park model. They're a bit better made but smaller than a regular or double wide trailer. Her son redid the bathroom where the particleboard rotted out. It's comfy except for the floors in the winter.

It's getting a bit rough around the edges. I still need to replace the rear driver's side leaf spring and rear bumper for inspection. The new gas tank has really helped increase the mileage.
The only place I lived that allowed uncased guns in a rack was Mississippi. That's verboten in the Northeast.
