Is there something we should know about Redwood City?

This guy is a pediatrician at Stanford Children's Hospital and has been arrested for importuning a child in RWC. According to the Daily Mail, which is always right and has a bit of a thing about property prices, he lives in a 3BR house in Redwood City valued at $2 million.

Probably a tract home built after the war that sold for $15k.

Nothing special.

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

People are buying $2 million dollar homes around here now and not moving in until after they tear them down to build larger houses on the property. They're also being encouraged by the city to build an ADU (additional dwelling unit) to help solve the "housing crisis".

There's no housing crisis. There's just too many people!... :fu

I know one sex offender. I only know SHE is one because I saw her driver's license. It has a red band across the top with white lettering that says REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER. Now in HER mid 40s, she was convicted of statutory rape as an 18 year old high school senior. Her (I'm guessing proud) boyfriend was a 15 year old freshman.

Which state did she reside in?

It was over 30 years ago. I don't know where she lived then. It's not something I asked, or should have.

You said you saw her driver’s license with the sex offender label on it - I assumed you noted the state of issue. I was only curious because since law school the post-conviction punishments of sex offenders has been a issue of special interest to me, it was the topic of our law journal write on contest. I follow these draconian laws as they are enacted and often overturned by the courts. That’s the only reason I asked.
