Andy--those would come out during the trial as woud the comments of the faculty advisor which were apparently emailed to her.
Meade--who knows? In most areas, however, you don't get a lot of choice in what school you attend, you go to the area (or regional) school or you choose to attend a private school and pay for it yourself.

Re: If in doubt, sue...
Your question might be joking, but it's a real issue. When my siblings and I were young our parents moved our family to an affluent suburb with "good schools" so that we children might have those educational resources and attendant social advantages. (My parents were the first in their respective families to have gone to university, and they prioritized education.) At that time a substantial part of our new town's population (including governmental and school district officials) was virulently racist and antisemitic, and pretty open about it, too. The world doesn't always offer all you'd like it to, so you make trade-offs. My parents understood what they were buying into, but they did what they thought would give their kids the best opportunities.MajGenl.Meade wrote: ↑Thu May 27, 2021 2:45 pmAnd what's up with the young lady and her parents attending and supporting a racist school? Did they not notice before?
GAH!
