A crowd of people stood around and watched

Post by liberty »

A crowd of people stood around and watched as one boy held a 14-year-old down while the other stabbed him. They could have stopped it, but doing so might have meant going to jail themselves or being sued.

This is the world that lawyers, liberals, and lawmakers have made.

If an individual intervenes in such a situation, he must do so with the precision of a police officer, with all the training that entails. If he had killed or injured one of the boys, he would have faced years in prison, or a lawsuit hanging over his head.

You created this world. But we have to live in it.

I hope you're happy.

Maybe next time, it’ll be your 14-year-old.

A Wyoming judge upbraided a 16-year-old who fatally stabbed a 14-year-old boy outside a mall as the boy defended his girlfriend in front of onlookers. Natrona County District Judge Catherine E. Wilking on Friday ordered Jarreth Plunkett to serve life in a state correctional facility for slaying Bobby Maher last

Plunkett pleaded guilty in May to one count of first-degree murder and one count of aggravated assault and battery. In addition to the life sentence, Wilking handed down a 10-year sentence for the assault charge. State law requires that any minor sentenced to life in prison be eligible for parole after serving 25 years.

The judge spoke bluntly when she addressed Plunkett's actions during the sentencing hearing, saying, "Stabbing someone to death is the most cowardly thing I can imagine," according to a courtroom report from the Casper Star-Tribune.

That is a lie. Do you enjoy being a liar? Do you think it's okay to spread your lies on the Internet to try to mislead people? Do you think your colossal ignorance justifies making up lies to fit your idiotic prejudices?

Sue, you know full well: if some old codger used his oak cane to break the stabber’s arm, you’d sue him out of his house and half his pension. You’d try to get him arrested for assault and battery. And if the kid happened to be Black, it’d be charged as a hate crime.

There are liberal enclaves in every state, even in blue states. Many parents across the country are afraid to punish their children for misbehavior because of potential consequences.

I can say it a little more gently, but it's still the truth: You all have created this environment in this country through your passivity.

You remarks are despicable

Plus you misquoted. It should be
"A crowd of people stood and stared"

I plagiarized this, but what the hell; it's funny. How do you like being lampooned now?

"CHARLOTTE, NC — Democratic lawmakers responded to the fatal stabbing of a Ukrainian refugee aboard the Charlotte light rail by condemning all stabbing victims for inflating crime numbers.

Furthermore, Democrats are calling on stabbing victims to stop dying, arguing that their deaths make soft on crime policies look soft on crime.

"If you're going to be stabbed to death, at least make it look like an accident," Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles urged her citizens. "Stabbing arrests unfairly affect minority communities, so we really need to take it easy on causing a fuss when we get stabbed."

"It's what Dr. King would have wanted."

According to sources, stabbing victims attract a lot of attention due to the violent nature of the crime, and that makes it really hard for Democrats to spin the story in their favor.

"At least if it's a gun, we can complain about gun control," said Senator Chuck Schumer. "What am I supposed to do with a stabbing victim? Wish them a swift recovery?"

Vice President JD Vance criticized Democrats for victim-blaming. "I should stab them all and see how they think it feels. Wait, don't print that," he said.

At publishing time, Democrats announced they stand in solidarity with all stabbers who have unfairly faced bigotry and hostility from the community".

Lampooning only works if you lampoon something real. Since all (of any ilk) are horrified by such a senseless attack (and both Dem and Rep pols have called for increased policing), your effort is pathetic shit.
