I don't think 94 tear old women have eggs at least not viable ones, and as one commenter put it the "Prince's" DNA would not be something one would want passed on.

Who the hell knows what they are thinking. It just is beyond disgusting.

POF means "pillow over face", it's a nurse humor thing. We say, "POF PRN" for a particularly obnoxious or difficult patient. One of many morbid little homilies health care is known for.
