Woe is Me - An Ode to Plan B

Post by Joe Guy »

It’s not my fault
that you didn’t tell me the rules
When you formed the clique
and made them all hate me.
What are the rules?
There are laws and processes
that are supposed to be followed
in this country.
Why am I being singled out
when all I am doing
is telling you over and over
That you are a control freak or
a non-professional in the mental health field?
Or that the other administrators
do only what you tell them to do?
They are your puppets.
What are the rules
that got me suspended
when all I did was avoid the mediation
that I requested?
Later I came back and asked
What were the rules
that the clique led by the control freaks used to suspend me?
And then I taunted you only because
you made me do it.
I had to expose you for the control freak clique leader
that you are
after you made them all conspire against me.
Then I had to tell you again to remind you.
It is your fault that I act as I do because you didn’t tell me
what the rules are.
I needed to be told that being constantly disruptive
and disrespectful to you
and obnoxious to all
and accusatory
could get me suspended.
What kind of BBS would punish someone
for complaining about the editing time limit
after you didn't tell me you changed the rules
What kind of administrator would control a clique
and make them vote to punish me?
It is your fault, not mine.
I’ve done nothing wrong.
I’ve only expressed my feelings.
I found out that you don’t want me to express my feelings
when they disagree with yours
and with that clique you created
You are not a professional
You are a control freak
You made me do it and then you punished me for it.
I hope you are happy
that you made me do all these things that I’ve done.
So, there really are no rules, right?
Because if there were rules
you would have told me
and I wouldn’t need to have done what you made me do.
Well I’ve got news for you.
You control freaks don’t control me.

Joe, bravo on one of your moments of sheer brilliance! :ok

I nominate Joe for Plan B's poet-in-residence.

Seconded!

That was quite brilliant Joe.
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?

PS very well done Joe :ok

Joe-

You have a way with words.

Very clever. :ok

Your collective inability to acknowledge this obvious truth makes you all look like fools.

Nice Joe! :ok
Personally, I don’t believe in bros before hoes, or hoes before bros. There needs to be a balance. A homie-hoe-stasis, if you will.

I have now read this a number of times since it was posted.

Nice satire, Joe Guy.

And, as is so often the case, many of those being satirized do not recognize themselves.
Charles A. Knight wrote:[V]iewers recognize that they are what is represented and that what is foolish is them. We become both the subject and object of satire.
(The Literature of Satire (Cambridge University Press 2004) at p. 3.)
Reason is valuable only when it performs against the wordless physical background of the universe.
