Thought it was fab....very impressed.

The tribute to GOSH and the NHS (as much as the rest of the world would not understand) should be celebrated by the UK.

Bless the Chelsea Pensioners brought a tear to my eye.

I think Danny Boyle did a great job.

For the most part I thought it was fine (or at least as fine as any other opening ceremony), but I do think Paul McCartney sounded terrible. NBC tried to blame it on his being choked up, but I think age it catching up with him (either that or the sound system was worse than I thought).
