Timing is everything. The poll closes tomorrow at 11:38 am PST. I'm sure everyone is on the edge of their seats at this point.

Don't forget to change your vote several times before then...

Seeing as I am the only one who voted for the people I voted for, I formally withdraw my votes and am sitting this one out.

Oh, and bigskygal changed her name again, does this mean her votes get split amongst her two (or more ) identities?

Okay. The record will show that you don't really like Alice, Bicycle Bill and Datsunaholic.

Withdrawing my votes does not necessarily mean I do not like them. But then again it may. :shrug

The record will show I do have a "B" side

It looks like we have a four way tie for first...

Before Joe pulls some hanky-panky awarding the finishing places between people who have tied...(like he did two years ago... 8-) ) I propose that we either have a runoff with the four top finishers, or that they, (well, we actually) be declared co-winners...

Plan B Person of the Year Award update:

Due to this year's unprecedented 4 way tie for the most votes in this year's Plan B Person of the Year Award poll, as Chief Decision Maker, I've decided to have a vote to determine which of the four candidates will receive this highly prestigious honor.

In the event of another tie, I will either decide who will receive the Plan B Person of the Year Award or I will declare the entire election invalid due to voter conspiracy to undermine the election process.

I will create another polling thread and explain the rules.

Comments aren't welcome but I will read all of them and attempt to convince you that your opinion matters.

Thank you for your participation.

Given the recent fuss about the Oscars, I think a minority should win. Since there are more women than men.... it's between LJ and BigRR (both of whom I voted for). I performed a highly scientific study of all of their posts, considering both content, presentation and tone. Based upon this, and a coin toss, I choose

Good point, Meade. Do you know if either Jim, Big RR, Guinevere or locationatthemomentgal are black?

LJ gets black moods when rubato posts.... does that help?

OTOH he's been whining about votes going against him. Should you mess with success?

What about RB? How many off-poll votes did she get? And I requested that she get all my votes, so I think she's the winner.

PS - Being a Brit, she's a minority.....
