Lo's Inquisition

We both compromised, which is why it's a real relationship; I give him space when he asks for it, and he communicates later as to why he needed it.loCAtek wrote:Here, and in RL ...for example, it's why my BF and I got back together <3
It's led to much, much less conflict over all.
Re: Lo's Inquisition
Can you please quote where you have admitted here, responsibility for anything which has gone wrong in your life.Gob wrote:An example please.Gob wrote:Where have you ever admitted responsibility for anything which has gone wrong in your life.

Re: Lo's Inquisition
This is the bit I don't understand. In order to conceal or falsify this date, not only would he need to corrupt your lawyer, he would need to corrupt the bank too!loCAtek wrote:I'm going to file a complaint soon; from the same thread that I moved that quote from- BSG and Scooter showed me how to do that.
... and yes, it's hard to pinpoint exactly when he opened the account, in his name only*. However, it was decidedly during the time of the marriage, and before he petitioned for divorce.
In the State of California, any account that is made by a married party, is automatically the joint property of the spouse. It was somehow hiding the date that this account was opened, that kept it off the judgement paperwork.
Unless your ex is Rupert Murdoch, I'm not guite sure how he could possibly have achieved this...
Why is it that when Miley Cyrus gets naked and licks a hammer it's 'art' and 'edgy' but when I do it I'm 'drunk' and 'banned from the hardware store'?
Re: Lo's Inquisition
Now why the hell would you try to put words like that into Gob's mouth? He said nothing of the sort and you damn well know it! This is exactlywhat you tried to do to Hen last week...loCAtek wrote:Good thing, I didn't say that, again.
However, why do you think I should have? Is it your opinion that those subjected to domestic violence somehow deserved it?

Re: Lo's Inquisition
I did so on CSB with my thread, where I first admitted to being an alcoholic.Gob wrote:Can you please quote where you have admitted here, responsibility for anything which has gone wrong in your life.Gob wrote:An example please.Gob wrote:Where have you ever admitted responsibility for anything which has gone wrong in your life.
Your point to this Gob's Inquisition, may I politely inquire?
Re: Lo's Inquisition
The bank? Why do you think so? They don't care where the money is coming from.Sean wrote: This is the bit I don't understand. In order to conceal or falsify this date, not only would he need to corrupt your lawyer, he would need to corrupt the bank too!

Re: Lo's Inquisition
LoCa, I think what Sean is getting at here, relates to this:The bank? Why do you think so? They don't care where the money is coming from.
The date an account is opened is something that would be a record the bank would keep.It was somehow hiding the date that this account was opened, that kept it off the judgement paperwork.

Re: Lo's Inquisition
If I remember rightly you didn't take responsibility for that, do you now say; "I loCatek take full responsibility for my becoming an an alcoholic."?loCAtek wrote:

The point behind this?
Well let's see now, you have posted here a whole catalogue of events in your life, and do not seem to find yourself culpable for any of them.
We have seen you lie, obsess, blame, act ignorant, accuse, undermine, attribute, deny, make the most "interesting" of claims, yet I have yet to see you ever say here; "Hey I screwed up, and this was all my fault", for any of the ongoing list of disasters which you seem to reel from one to another.
It would just be nice to see you take some of the credit for the way your life has turned out. Just a little.

Re: Lo's Inquisition
I say/convey that to my Ex all the time. Meanwhile here at Plan B, this isn't about you and your absolutes.
So, how/why is this about you?

Re: Lo's Inquisition
Exactly Jim. This date would be virtually impossible to conceal or falsify unless you had enough millions and enough corruptible people in the right places...

Re: Lo's Inquisition
Exactly, I asked for a Financial History, which took switching to a different lawyer to provide ( I went through two), while the second refused to offer any contest. I had to fight for my home myself; my lawyer sat and remained silent throughout the proceedings.

Re: Lo's Inquisition
So you did get his financial history eventually?

Re: Lo's Inquisition
Sort of, it left that account out and was not contested.

Yes, I did. I have the house, as a result.
