Your bigotry is showing again, rubato
As well as his brain dead idiocy...

Anyone who can look at this case, with the amount of information in the public sphere that has been provided by authoritative sources, who can still say:
I'll wait and see what develops but so far there is no more evidence that this is "Muslim terrorism" blah blah blah moronic comparison, more blah blah blah...
Is either profoundly stupid, completely dishonest, or both...

In this case, I'm going with Door Number 3, Monty...

Oh, what was it somebody said?

Oh yeah:
Do you read the press? At all? Ever?

Then shut up.

The Administration has been spouting stupid nonsense about this incident from the moment it happened.

While they have not made a definitive finding that someone from a recognized Muslim terrorist organization planned or directed this attack, it is obvious to anyone not wearing blinders that they had both financial and tactical help in planning and executing the attack. The string of "Middle-Eastern looking men" coming and going from their residence reinforces the belief that they did not act alone.

Why is the O'Bama Administration to obtuse on this matter? 85% of self-identified Muslims voted for Barry in 2012. Their pained circumlocutions are easily explainable by that fact.

they sound like traitors to me.
Treason requires a declared war, I believe. Congress?

I had to bad luck to watch part of that press conference. One phrase one of the lawyers used was "alleged suspect" to describe Farook. Now there's an oxymoron! "Alleged" is a word used to replace the two fingered quote signs some people use. Dammit, there's no "alleged" about it! The guy's dead, Jim, shot down in a gunfight with police.

Fafhrd - welcome. How's the grey mouser, then?

Actually "levying War or adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort"

I'm not sure that shooting citizens qualifies as "against the United States' per se, so your point stands

it would seem (italics) that you are correct, but adam gadahn was indicted for treason in 2006 at a time of undeclared war.

it seems a bit open to interpretation, but I am often wrong.....
