Different times. I don't know of any meetings that allow smoking, even outdoor beach meetings.

Yes, understood. It was, after all, over 35 years ago when 33.2% of adults smoked as compared to 15.5% today. With attrition and cancer I'm sure those number will be down to 10% by 2025.

In 1985 C.Everett Koop MD proposed a goal of attaining a "smokeless society" by 2000. Although he missed that mark I'm sure he would be pleased with the overall progress that has been made. Besides, it now gives us more time to devote to the #1 leading cause of death -- heart disease.

In the film: "The Days of Wine and Roses".......people in the AA Meeting are smoking like chimneys.

This color makes olive drab look bright and cheerful. Maybe we should call it olive drag? No, no that would mean chic and campy.
