Never had it happen and I am a regular Facebook user -- although like RB, my security levels are set to the most restrictive, and I am only friends with people I have actually met in the real world -- friends, family, and various classmates. No co-workers, no internet friends (although several of my real world friends started out that way), no gaming friends.
