Sex offender registries are notoriously lax on entry requirements
Okay... There's all kinds of things wrong with what you just said.

One of the greatest injustices of the sex offender registration system is that it lumps together public urination offenses (not at all related to intentional perverted indecent exposure) and Romeo offenses (boyfriend 18 has de facto if not de jure consensual intercourse with girlfriend 15) with active pedophiles who are guilty of raping prepubescent children. The majority of the public isn’t educated on the tier distinctions and don’t familiarize themselves with public record information about their neighbor’s offense history - so decent people’s lives are destroyed and they become a long term burden on the state.
For me, it is far better to grasp the Universe as it really is than to persist in delusion, however satisfying and reassuring.

A nurse midwife acquaintence in the NW has paid for 30+ years for being cited for skinny-dipping with a group of friends at a remote location. Apparently being voluntarily naked with a group of naked people should be punished forever.
