1. I made a statement here that as a citizen and member of the Bar I would report to the highest law enforcement authorities I have access to any proof of possible federal offenses.

2. I did not make a statement that I would take action in my official capacity as a prosecutor. My office has no jurisdiction - doh.

My guess is that you aren't a lawyer and (excuse me for being blunt - nothing personal intended) therefore don't know what you're talking about.
