Since we included all variants to get there, then:
Oliver plus Ollie was 9,090
Harry, Henry and Harrison - 10,673
Jack, James, Jacob, Jake, Jamie - 18.152
Oliver, Jack and Harry singly all beat out the total for all the Mohammeds/Muhammad/Mohammads.
Even in 2009, they exceeded Oliver (alone) by only 185 - hardly "the most popular name by far"
So he's out to lunch.
