It is not much of an invention by any stretch but something can be learned by assembling the parts.
I agree. I was a dissambler/reassembler in my youth, and tought my children the same. Usually reassembled with my "personal touch". :mrgreen:
I do most of my own "fixing" around the house (washers, dryers, faucets, AC's, etc) which I can thank to "tinkering" when I was young. Dad did/does it, I do it and my kids do it (even my daughter).
