I added my votes for older and jim to the poll

I did this because there were too many folks in 1st place....

....and because joe is so strict about the rules. (plus it confuses things)

third vote is still for trump.....

Yes, I suppose I could agree with you ... but then we'd both be wrong, wouldn't we?

A dear friend of mine who lives in Australia. She has not posted lately but whenver she does it is usually "spot on".
Just mixing things up a bit.

Suddenly it's a two-way tie (on the poll page itself - RB's probably winning really) between Gob and the SOU HOG (Savior of Union; Hero of Gettysburg). I suspect a considerable amount of vote interference going on!
For Christianity, by identifying truth with faith, must teach-and, properly understood, does teach-that any interference with the truth is immoral. A Christian with faith has nothing to fear from the facts

Alice doesn't live here anymore.

I deliberately refrained from posting any clip of the song that contained that audience response in it (and believe you me, I could have found plenty!).  However, I feel the same way about that as I do the "enhancement" to the Tommy James and the Shondells' song, "Mony, Mony".

Prudish?  Me?  Maybe a little.  Or perhaps I just figured that everybody else already is aware of the "Who da fuck is Alice?" chant and I didn't need to spell it out for them.

It;s the only salvation of that load of mawkish wank.

Plan B Person of the Year Award update:

At the moment of this writing, everybody, including Reality Bytes, is tied for 1st place. Is three commas too many? Should that be is or are?

So, anyway, is this tie a conspiracy or a coincidence? I strongly suspect it is one of the two. You can't pull one over on me. And why didn't anyone ask me how come I only put 9 names on the list? Is nobody paying attention?

According to the rules I made up, there can only be one Plan B Person of the Year. However, being judge & jury and Leader Supremo (all of my friends call me El Guapo) I might change the rule and let there be be a tie for 1st place. But I'd have to consult with my bible to see whether or not that rule would be retroactive.

I checked. It wouldn't. Sorry Jim.

However, I haven't decided yet. A qualification might be that everyone on the list would need to have equal votes in order to allow sharing of whatever standing they are in.

I'm through thinking for the moment even though some of you might think I already was... or something.

If you did as I asked and gave my votes to RB there would be no tie and a clear winner. Just saying.
