Way too many possibilities. <-- Eliminated 2 of them here. <-- Found it here <-- Still too close. This was a lucky guess, if I had tried either of the first 2 letters in the previous guess in the middle instead of swapping them I would have been screwed.

Bad choice of starting word, I think I've used it before with similar results. <-- I actually had all 5 letters in this quadrant by now, but somehow didn't notice it <-- Looked funny but I was going for the left side... looking for a letter for the right that I ALREADY HAD. <-- Dammit. I had the middle letter and somehow missed it. It did give me a letter for the upper left quadrant though. <-- Spent 3 minutes trying to come up with something to fit here, since I'd used EVERY possible remaining combo. Only to realize the missing letter was in my "used but unplaced" bin all along. I'd used it in my second guess.

Sometimes a really simple and obvious word just refuses to show itself Once I have a couple of letters in place, I start to model with X So if I have OD, I'll try XXODX and see what letters work in place of X. I might get one letter L yellow, and next time I stare at LXODX - then XLODX - then XODXL Until I see that M and E will give MODEL and try that None of the words in this Quordle are MODEL by the way. Sorry for that spoiler I think I'm doing an equation
