The slithering motion of the snakes during the 10 to 15 minute sessions is said to be therapeutic and calming.
LOL...
I can tell you right now that if it were
me being crawled all over by 4 giant Burmese pythons, "calming" would
not be on the menu...

I thought this thread would have a happy ending.

They tell you not to blow air on the snake, because this is like being pinched on the bum, apparently.
‘You can’t shout for help as the snake can feel your vibrations and thinks you’re prey or a predator, depending on the environment.’
So don't dare breathe or talk. Sure, sounds incredibly relaxing.

On second thought, I might find it "calming"...
Fainting counts as "calm" right?

I would be worried that fainting might count as "lunch".

It says they get fed 10 chickens each before the massage. No room for you bigger chickens.

Not a big deal to me (I like snakes) although I do have a problem with "fed 10 chickens" part. I see no tell tale lumps in the body which would be present had they just eaten. The lump gets smaller and moves down their body as they digest. And if they did just eat, one runs the risk of the snake vomiting on you if it is startled or senses danger as they will eject their food in order to retreat faster from a threatening situation.
And these snakes can go weeks or months between eating. If the zoo repuatable, the snakes will be on a regular eating schedule. They are not like many mammals (the african cats come to mind) which gordge themselves in times of plenty.

It's stupid and dangerous and if I was an cynic (which I am not) or an ambulance chaser (ditto), I'd be licking my chops waiting for something awful to happen.

Reptiles are always reptiles. The 'cuddly' action is just them testing you for ripeness and portion size.
