Bwahahahahahahaha!
'This isn’t Loon Mountain. This is the city of Boston.' Speaking at a press conference, Mr Walsh added: I'm asking people to stop the nonsense'

Oh brother...

I guess prolonged cabin fever is taking its toll... :loon

I'm also going to put on my Columbo raincoat and speculate that alcohol may be involved...

Too many college kids with not enough to do.

You'd think they might put on their coats and boots and go out and shovel out fire hydrants. Or help little old ladies get their meds/groceries/cat food. But noooooooooo.

(It is getting tough to be cooped up inside so much, but I promise I'm not diving out my windows into snow piles)

We used to jump from a high perch into snow drifts when I was at UAB (77-78). Stoned and drunk at the time, but at least we had clothes on.

Yeah, I know when we had a big snow storm in Charlottesville, those were two things that were always at the top of our agenda... :D

Sure, after the first storm. Even the second. But the fourth? Or is it the fifth?? So many hydrants are so buried, the City of Boston is giving out Sox tickets if you dig one out.

And if you dig out two, you can hand them back?

Har har...

If this were in your neck of the woods, they'd be threatening to give Cleveland Indians tickets to anyone who didn't dig out a fire hydrant... :P

...and if this took place in your neck of the woods, they'd be giving Giants tickets to anyone who returned the fire hydrants.
