Teacher accused of sex with student ... after already being arrested for alleged sex with student

Brianne Altice, a 35-year-old high school English teacher from Kaysville, Utah, already stands accused for rape, sodomy and sexual abuse for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old student in October 2013.
However testimony from a new teenage accuser could make things even worse for the now-fired teacher.
Last week, a former student – now 18 – testified that he was engaged in a sexual relationship with Altice both before and after her arrest, according to the Daily Mail.
The boy testified that he considered Altice his girlfriend, and that in addition to sex, the teacher sent him topless photos of herself.
Prosecutors now are aguing that Altice should remain in jail while she awaits trial. Her attorney, however, claims that because the teen is now of legal age of consent, Altice poses no danger to him.
"She doesn't present a danger to anyone," attorney Edward Brass said. 'That young man is an adult."
Her accuser called her incarceration "ridiculous."
"She doesn't deserve to be here," he said.
However, Altice remains in prison and could face life in jail if convicted.
